    Price/website = $250
    Completion time = 2 days

    I will sell 2 review copies at $150. And i'm going to sell this package to not more than 10 DP members to keep the pages fresh and with less than 20 outgoing links.

    So is the PR for the exact page or for the root domain?

    Also how many different sites are these high PR pages on? And how many outbound links do these sites have on average?

    Yes, the PR is for the page where your link will be built. I'm talking of the actual PAGE PR.

    It will be almost 100% different websites (unique). That is you will get your links on 28 unique blogs. I may repeat 1 or 2 though. But you can expect 90-100% uniqueness.

    Outgoing links are less than 20 on some pages. Some have less than 10 and some less than 5. The pages are very clean and this offer is for a limited time for all my clients to benefit from the PR juice.
