    I am looking for small revenue producing sites that you are willing to sell. My preference is a site that is earning a monthly income from Adsense in the $10-$40/month range. For some sites I am willing to pay up to 20x monthy revenue with my max of $500 on one site.

    Sites that will interest me most are content niche sites. I am NOT interested in:

    *proxy sites
    *myspace sites
    *arcade sites
    *lyrics sites
    *forum only sites

    I will consider other methods of revenue such as CJ or subscriptions. Please pm or post if you have any sites that fall in this criteria.

    Thanks everyone so far. Yeah, not really interested in arcade sites. Deadlock, I am looking for something a bit more established. At least 2-3 months so I can see traffic and revenue.

    honey, probably not unless they are a home run to make money if monetized. I am basically looking to increase my monthly income with sites that are earning. Your reputation precedes you so i would listen to anything you have to offer!
