    How is the PR distibuted? Also, the PR is it for the home page or the inner pages.?

    What's the obsession with PR pages? That's not the right way to comment anyway. Many blog pages get PR by fluke because they were linked from homepage (with high PR), when PR updated happened. These pages have 20-30 comments so they are useless anyway.

    Also keep in mind that if you comment on new posts, blogger is more likely to respond and engage in a healthy conversation because the post's topic is fresh in his / her mind. If you comment on a year old post with your keywords, it will be very obvious to blog owner you are commenting only for getting a backlink.

    The problem with the do follow list is that blog owner keeps on changing their tags. Do follow today no follow tomorrow. Its no longer reliable friend

    That's a problem with any kind of link building. Isn't it? A lot of people contributed to wikipedia for links and it turned nofollow. Same happened to digg (with diggbar). Nothing is permanent but that only means you need to keep building links with each link having a shelf life of 6 months to 2 years.
