Where to build backlinks for a sports website?

    I already build backlinks from the most famous community forums of my sports niche. What are the other places for me to be able tohave more backlinks?

    check out following for further link building

    1. blog comment - make sure they are do follow
    2. article submission - use ezine, go articles and also go for web2.0 such as hubpages, squidoo
    3. link exchange- offer a link exchange or get paid link in your niche
    4. press release - it will bring your site some b.l.
    5. guest posting - offer guest posting for an establish blog owner

    mtravel13. about #4 I really don't have an idea how to do that? hmm can you explain to me how to do a press release, like is there a website that offers this press release?

    Hey Dan thanks for the reply. I do know what "press release" is from the word itself it's pretty self explanatory. I am just curious if there are any websites with a very high PR that will let you publish this press release and they will be the one to release it to the public? I confused about that. Because if you're going to use tv ads or news papers it's going to be very expensive. :confused:

    Ah, sorry. Well, hopefully the link will be useful to someone else who reads the thread.

    As for sources, I've heard that PRweb is pretty good. I'm sure if you looked around on Google for "Press Release Services" or something similar you'll find a provider that meets your budget and your needs.

    try looking for other sports sites that offer link exchange - mundane but profitable
