Transferring Adsense account names (same site)

Ok, well my Adsense account is currently on my Dad's name since I signed up some time ago, but now I want to transfer it to my Company's name, mainly for accounting purposes. I know that Google has a policy about transfers being not allowable, so what can I do to change it from his name to my company name without me breaking the rules?

    transfering is not allowed.
what you need to do is contact them.
what they'll do is cancel that account and then you create a new account.

One can change the address only and not the name.

Exactly, you'll have the option to do a address change, but they won't let you do your name.

    I'd contact them OP ;)

It is easy. Keep you existing account, maybe you'll need it at some time, you can never know.
Go and create a new account for your company. Remove the adsense code from one of your sites and use that site to subscribe with. When you get accepted remove all the old codes and add your new one.
You'll have no problem by doing this. I did the same and had no problem, this is not against adsense TOS.
    Good luck!

They won't mind if it's the same address?

I don't think so.. many persons can use the same address. like if you and any one of your family has the same adddress and both of you want to join the adsense program. it's not a problem at all.
