Converting HTML CSS to Joomla

    Can someone give me a link of e-book or video tutorials on how to convert html/css template to joomla template. I already know how to create html/css template from psd. What i want is to learn how to convert it to joomla/wordpress/drupal templates. thanks in advance:)
