Looking for an atomic clock for my site

Hello,
I'm looking for a flash or a script clock that I can use in my site.
I want to insert it as a script or a flash, BUT- I need a clock that don't use the computer time.
It should fine the time from the atomic clock or place like that...

That's better, but I can't use this clock in my own site, and I can't see the time outside USA.
