    Hi Peeps

If I have good content on my site which details a product etc - and i then use that to submit on an Article distribution site which is SEOd with keywords and links - will google penalise me for double content?

I am assuming no - but am not 100% sure.

If Google has indexed your site as having that content first then no. It wont penalise you. You can "spin" articles though and change the words are sentences around so they say different things and in different ways. That is called "spinning". You should spin your articles before submitting them to article sites.

Never submit content from your site to article submission sites. Write separate articles for the submission sites (unique articles - don't just change a few words here or there). You can use spinners, but IMO the "best" option is to write separate articles from scratch... and submit each additional article to only one submission site.
