adsense is a terrible idea.
1. find a niche, like health, gambling, web hosting, etc.
2. find type of products you want to promote
3. choose a domain name for your website (not a blog, a website)
4. find an affiliate network and join it
5. optimize your site so it can sell each product
6. link build or if you dare use PPC
7. if you don't have money, go work and then spend it on affiliate marketing

 

As a retired educator, I like blogging, Adsense, and article writing.

 

The best way to make a quick buck is to learn how to properly affiliate market. This can bring in some nice income if you do it right, but in the long run you might want to start your own blog and use adsense.
