It would be strange if Google could do that if rapidshare was in Denmark not violating local laws, or are Google going to become the Googlepolice.

Ha ha ha - Oh? It could happen!

Its about how much your Adsense is worth to YOU. If you can risk loosing it then i guess there's nothing wrong in posting a rapidshare link. Is it posting the link that important or necessary? Think about it...

Where on earth do people get the idea that an ad company would ban you for a link?? Like Quench said above, he/she has been doing it for 3 YEARS without an issue. How?? Because they have no idea what the file is. Just because its a rapidshare link doesnt automatically make it illegal. It could be a video of your Aunt Martha's Birthday party you are sharing!

Also, there are plenty of movie sites that even offer the movies themselves out in the open that are monetized with Adsense, and if you look at the adsense ads on those sites, you'll notice similar sites and download programs being advertised through their Adwords advertisers.

Youtube (owned by Google) is loaded without copywritten content. Yes, they remove them if they get a complaint, but thats just standard policy with any video site. They have to get the takedown notice first. Google is in the business of making money, not policing the net.
