Looking for IPB, and vB coder

    Looking for a coder that can code IPB and, vB coder if possible. You will need to be able to coder any design, not just change the graphics around. Please PM me your portfolio and questions.

    I am not looking to pay be the hour as i will have a lot of skins to be coded.

    i have a designer who can vb, they don't do IPB but only charge based on the design and complexity.

    he can design and code for VB, i ment to put he is a designer who can do vb, never ment to make it sound like a designer only..sorry for the confusion.
