    Hi Guys,

I have a website which I want to sell along with the domain name. I am just wondering how can I transfer domain to the buyer.

    Thanks in advance

You just asked same question to the domain provider. If you transfer it without informing to them then i think you got some problem after domain renewal.

tell the buyer to create one account in your domainn registrar and do a domain push which is free normally. or the buyer can transfer the domain to any other registrar by initiating a transfer from his registrar ( for transfer u need to give a auth code which u can find in your domain registrar panel )

well make sure the payments to come first ;)

    what

You are required to provide domain authorization code to your buyer. Once he receive it, he would be able to initiate domain transfer request from any domain registrars. Once it is done, the domain should be transferred within the 6 business days.

One request to have domain authorization code which you will get from the registerar. Then make a transfer request using the authorization code. Once it is done, the domain transfer takes place in a weeks time. Good Luck

    step 1:
well, be sure, from whois record that domain Registrant and administrative email is valid and you have access first. if not the login to domain control panel and update - otherwise you would face some trouble.

step 2: login to admin control panel, and request secret code/transfer code/EPP Auth Code. Some Registrar don't give us this transfer code first, need to request to get.

step 3: visit new domain registration site, transfer your site entering site name and EPP auth code.

step 4: at your previous registrant email, would get an confirmation email. confirm too transfer.

So, in your case, you can send your buyer EPP code, and need to confirm on email while you get an email mentioning transfer.

    hope this will help!

Don't forget to take payment first.:D

    Good luck!
