    you must choose correct keyword to get high rank at google . and make the keyword match with your content and title . then make some backlink .

    First you should consider using the search functionality here in DP, then read few articles about LINK BUILDING and ranking will follow.. even though it's not an easy task :)

    Just work on getting backlinks. If you have lots of backlinks from good PR sites, then you will get a nice pagerank.

    1. Onpage SEO (Keywords, Meta Tags etc)
    2. Quality Content
    3. Lots of Backlinks

    Do keywords research and pick a few of them. Then build backlinks with the keywords as anchor text. Quality backlinks are more effective.
