This is India bank acocunt....You only can use CC to verify ur paypal...

i tried once it says card denied debit cards are not accepted to verify

 

Why doesnt paypal allow debit cards ?? whats the issue with them ?

 

my friend verified pp using debit card long ago but now its not accepting may be some bank policies

 

Well, I also have a International Debit Card but it doesn't works.

Better you ask for a CC from you bank.

HDFC will give you a CC without any problem.

PAYPAL supports Indian debit cards.I am a verified paypal member using SBI yuva debit card.

yes you can add the debit card but you will not see expuse code,,

 

Expuse Code can been seen via Netbanking -> Account Statement. Or maybe give a call on support to generate your report and let you send the statement.

You need a real credit card. I have almost tried with 3 bank's debit card but none of them worked.

 

Well VCCs still work for paypal verification .. I remember one of my friend using it in past.
