Selling PR4 Acai Berry Site

    I have a PR4 Acai Berry blog with unique content that I am looking to sell. The site is 5 months old and it's domain name has "acai" in it with all tlds taken.

    It is mainly making income from link sales and this month there are $60 in renewals coming up. It can also make through ebay (plug-in included) and by promoting various acai berry cpa offers.

    Domain is registered with Godaddy and expires Mar 8/10.

    Please pm for url and any other info if you have good itrader. I am looking for offers over $200 so please don't contact me if you are looking for lower. Anyone in link sales knows how much money can be made just on the PR alone.

    Condition of the sale is all links already in place have to stay until expiry dates. There are 10 right now with 4 of them expiring this month.

    There is a little traffic and keyword ranking used to be higher but both areas need to be worked on.
