I was wondering how you would try to defend Obama's actions.

    I wouldn't defend him either. :D

Probably the same reason that Ted Thompson defends his choice of Rodgers over Favre. Its hard to admit when you've made a mistake.

I don't mind whenever fraud is caught and the scum are punished, but when it is ignored for one side it is lame as it can get.

The amount of voter fraud the last few elections by young brainwashed college students and groups like acorn have been immense, yet they pretend it doesn't happen...

Here in WI, left wing nut groups (typically unemployment recipients) show up here and give things like underware and cigarettes to homeless to get them to vote.

In Chicago the dead do still vote. Its no joke.

I'm from Chicago (although I live in Orlando), so I can back you up on that. People who have been dead for 30 years still vote. What more can you expect from the most corrupt political mob in the U.S. I'm ashamed to say Obama is from IL. He, Immanuel, and Blago are some of the exact reasons why the city is in so much trouble. Well what more can you expect. Who knows they might be related to Al Capone.

Irony... Obama did not need dead votes in Chicago. He got into office on a technicality. He sued his way in.

Getting rid of Father Packer was indeed a bad idea. It will be a worse idea if they bring in the Dogkiller. The Cheeseheads are doomed, and I may never wear my hat again if they do indeed choose the dogkiller.

That's why I am so pissed at the Republicans because I am sure there were many of them who knew about those files and tapes and could have prevented Obama from winning the seat.

But than again, this was a well calculated political move. Someone would have to prove to me otherwise that from the minute Obama entered the Senate he was not being groomed to be the Chavez of the US of A.

He was chosen, yes.. That's no secret. He was a calculated and scripted candidate starting with his introduction to the masses at the Democratic convention.

Its funny listening to the major news corporations who keep villainizing those who dare to speak out against the Obamacare.

I was listening to Rush the other day and he was playing an excerpt from someone who asked a question at one of those town hall meetings.

Obama took 6 months to pick out a dog for his two daughters, yet we have to vote on this bill in 3 weeks?

Obama is at 56% again today... He seems to be stabilizing in this area. Definitely a bit of a drop from the 60%+ but it's a good sign he's not yet fallen below 50%. I think he & the rest of the Democrats are starting to do a better job on health care reform. The truth is that they are so right (and the Republicans so wrong) on this issue that they should be able to win it (the debate) but so far the Republicans have done a good job with misinformation which is confusing the American voter. You have to fight back hard on the lies the right wing is spreading on health care and you also have to make it very clear what health care reform will do for the average person who already has health insurance (focus more on them and not the people without health care, they're already on our side.)

I think a great point to make over and over again is that the right wing made all of the same "points" they're making today against Medicare in the 1960s. But today no Republicans will come out against Medicare. Make the point time and time again that Republicans already support "government run health care" in the form of Medicare. Really the facts make the entire Republican argument absolutely ridiculous.

I think if they make the argument well, Americans will support health care reform (most importantly including the public option) and that Obama's approval ratings will stay at this level (or rise.)

Medicare is not a government run health care program. Its a government MONEY collected program. The health care is still private. All the government does is collect money to pay for it from the social security checks of those on it in the form of a TAX and supplements it by taxing those not currently on it.

Its not government run health care. You still deal with private doctors and health care.

Sheesh... The misinformation here is so bad lately its not even remotely comical.

The Republicans have little to nothing to do with the American peoples rejection of the health care bill. Most of them lack the balls to challenge the anointed one.

The praise mainly goes to Obama and his democrat conies who thought that the American people are complete a-holes and will always be fooled by their gimmicks. As the saying goes, you can fool most of the people sometimes, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.

It's because we he hasn't tried to cram anything down our throats in the last few days. With the House and Senate on break, the can't rush anything through. Don't worry. His numbers will drop again in September.

WOW... 30% approve... That leaves more than 2/3rds of the country disgusted.

Why am I not surprised that you don't understand the difference between STRONGLY approve and approve?

If you even looked at same report that you linked to, you would have seen that his approval rate is over 50%. As usual the only thing that your post has shown, is the fact that you don't know what you are talking about. :D
