I think it's just a typographical error. He's referring to SEO. Anyways, Wordtracker isn't a very good keyword tool. Google keyword suggestion tool is the best one out there. Other tools are just alternatives.

Right keywords is the wrong term for newbies. As those keywords are already hugely focused and driving traffic based on those keywords usually takes lot of effort. Titles are so very important, use the same word as if you would type into google if you were searching for that subject
