I like the design and the red and green color combination. It looks very elegant and professional. Also i think you are able to make the ads blend with your theme perfectly.
Good site, here's what I think... I would bold the menu and then style the drop down to match the the red bar. The content on the left, I wouldn't centre align it if you've got everything else left aligned. Align it to the left and then make sure it's got enough padding (or margin) to not be touching the background colour on the left. The Google Ads, I would make the background of them a light grey and perhaps put a border around it to section it off from the content. At the moment it looks like the rest of your content. I think you would actually be better putting a banner at the top and then keeping the text links at the bottom. You could then put that banner in your header (top right) and allow the content to move up. I think your search bar would benefit from being styled, no big deal if you don't though. Try using a tweet this option on your posts, it might work, it might not - worth a go though.

Yeah definetley you can edit the adsense advert and how it appears, look in your account for more details.

WOW!!!! beast review I never saw before Dude you can also add "digg this" button along with "Tweet this", One at the right and other at the left side of the post(check my hacking website blog to understand better). Also there are only few bookmarking icons above the post. Try to add some more which are very popular. If you feel it may consume space then you can use "Share this" or "Add this" widgets just above or/and below post

I would also put an auto slider for featured articles. Maybe around 3 or 5 of your most interesting topics and i think it would be perfect.

I really like the layout of this site! The top ads make it tough to navigate initially. Also, you might want to work on your keywords - I know you don't have much control over this, but you're getting ads for "Joint" problems - knees, arthritis, etc. lol.
Articles are good ones. Maybe if u put a few word on direct actions or just highlight of the main advises on the end of every articles, it makes visitor to concentrate on actions to do, to achieve a faster result. And green and red imho isn't good match
