Please help me to implement this technique

I want to use paypal buttons to accept payment.I would like to use a technique implemented in this site but i don't know how to do it

When click on the order button,another page appears for some seconds and then automatically redirected to the order form

Could you please explain how to do it.

Put that code in the meta tag and then put the code u want it will redirect to the order page after 5 seconds
