Is there anyone here who eats less, or no, cheese products because they understand it is very hard to digest? I'm not looking to 'shred, slice-up, melt down, or prove' the statement. Just wondering if anyone choose to cut out the cheese? Thanks.
I eat less than I used to because of calorie to protein levels not being on par for me, nothing to do with being hard to digest. Thank god more fat free varieties are finally hitting the grocery stores.
cheese is friggin awesome. Man cannot live without cheese. Especially yummy goat cheese...mmmmmmmmmmmm
I love cheese (and dairy type stuf) but it don't like me after about 9pm...in fact, let's just say it skips the digestion portion of the trip.
I prefer my tuna sitting in it's own juices, nothing else.. well errr ummm I guess chocolate sauce and a few other syrup type items can make for some interesting tuna eating..
rofl, just try it once, get like half a peice of cheese and put it in your tuna sandwich.. I have 2 tuna sandwiches a night... 32 grams of protein
I've done that. I've even melted the cheese and did it. I love cheese and I love tuna. Just the combo doesn't work for me. And for Grim, I sure hope he doesn't cut the cheese while eating tuna!
Sounds like there is a market for nutrition information and education, but will anyone care to study what is best for them? ((BTW, It's been too long since I had a fresh, yummy, pizza!)))
hell no....you 've got to put mayo, lot of mayo, mayo after mayo btw, you guy should try the japanese mayo, less fat and taste much better http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0000WKU8K/102-3258684-6748145?v=glance&n=3370831
