Some people might disagree with me, but I think the best thing to do is write QUALITY content about the subjects you know best rather than trying to fit in keywords and write around "high paying keywords". So thats my advice, and I'm sure some will disagree but I say just write quality and don't worry about the keywords.
Most of your keywords has low search volume and low pay. You can use adwords keyword tools to change the related keyword with high pay and add to your content
So far, adwords keywood tool is the best free tool to look up for high paying keywords. I hv being using it for a while.
