    You can used drupal to make classified sites. With drupal you can setup your classified site as you need.

    I am looking for a simple classifieds script that is search engine optimized, users can register and post ads with pictures, ads can be separated by cities (craiglist style) and if there is a paid ad option - that would be even better.

    Is there such free script out there?

    I need good looking design, just basic fields like name, email, Ad text, Strong antispam.

    Easy to manage. No signup, Alot of SEO functions, nice to optimise.

    Despite the fact that craigslist (wich you using as an example) looks simple, the script is not so easy, and certainly not free.

    If you want to build high-quality service, using a free script possibly is not a wise decision
