I would suggest Hydra, Commmission Junction, ShareaSale and ClickBank. All of them are really good, the only diffrence is the price you must pay as an advertiser to sign up. Good Luck

Check out Wotogepa, they are a relatively new company and will be able to accommodate you a tad better than bigger ones
I beg to differ, for instance ClickBank does not require that amount to start, nor cpathunder or cpaleads.
