Hi, Adsense banned my site, Actually it is an article directory, I applied theme available in market and it was with adsense code of actual owner, With text written Sponsor above, they haven't banned that adsense account but Blacklisted my Site, that site have many subdomains of blog etc. That is my only source of earning what should i do now, Even if i sell my such valuable site it won't be purchased by anyone. Suggest me what to do please!

Yes, folks...it pays to CAREFULLY READ those TOS policies. Google clearly explains that you can't use Adsense with scraped content or anything that even appears to be scraped content. RTFM. However, it's easy to understand how you might miss something--damn if those terms of service agreements aren't long winded and full of nomenclature/legalese!

Try a different site. Try to write as many original articles as possible on your selected topic. Never ever copy contents from other sites. I wish you will be able to build a new site, at least a free blog site.

Correct me if I am wrong I dont think google ban you for copied content! Article directories are know for duplicate/copied since popular ezines sites have hell lot of copied content(i,e we submit same article in to more than 10 articles sites)

If Adsense is your only source of earning, try another ppc program or affiliate programs. But don't just sit and wait to get approved again by adsense.

Google adsense never banned me for Duplicate or Copied Content, I changed my Template of my Article Directory, Which was pre-made and came with ADSENSE of the owner, Above Adsense code there was written "Sponsors"
Which Google blacklisted my Site not the account of the owner.

Correct the flaws first, then start a thread about this issue in official Adsense forum. Sure within a week some of the Google employees will look in to that, keep on sending them mail everyday unless you get reply.

If someone is starting a site thinking in mind for making money with adsense only then google might not allow it. Why not to have some quality unit content on site for a while for getting the adsense up and running then later add low quality articles.

It might be possible the adsense publisher has a listed domain permitted in adsense account and google found this site not having permission for the pub id it is running with and banned the domain.

There are many reasons so better clean it and have some quality articles like 10-20 then apply again. if you still can't make it write to them asking for reasons.

Were you banned for click fraud? Or inappropriate content? If it's click fraud (you'll know you got banned for click fraud---if you clicked on your own Google Adsense links, that's why you got banned) there is NO being reinstated.

Otherwise you could clean up your site and try again...but you might be waiting a while.

    Hi World class,

Did you get your adsense renabled for the article directory domain? Am asking this because we are also facing the same problem.

For an Article directory Google should not ban your site. There may be other issues. Sell the site on Flipa.com if it is not de-indexed from Google. People will buy your site and they can use their AdSense account or monetize it some other way. If it is not de-indexed Google, you're good to go.
