I have about 50-60 different sites which I have an agreement with in linking back and doing a link reciprocal exchange with. I was wondering if anyone knows of a tool which will allow someone to continously check these pages to make sure they have the links still intact in their page as they should. Tried googling, but I've been coming up with some bogus tools. Any help would be appreciated.

It does get a little more complicated since you also have to check for nofollow attribute, noindex/nofollow metatags and to determine if the page in question is even crawled/indexed by the SE's. The latter is probably the hardest since there are so many ways to create an orphan page
