I have a Food recipes blog wich receives around 100 unique visitors a day. Recently ive been trying new ads placement and with succes! i managed to get my CTR to a average of 3%.

    So far everything looks perfect.
    now check this out!
    Clicks: 29
    Earnings: $2

Im not sure whats wrong... i heard about smart pricing, but i dont think thats it.
please help me because i hate getting such pennies instead of real dollars.

I don't see the blog mate. Where is it?

It's theme that matters. If your content is on high value info, like stocks, forex and SEO, you get high earnings on adsense

its great earnig. If CTR is above 2% its above average. it excellent to start . See how much you can earn when 1000 vistor you have 20$ perday its wonderful.

If you are not in smart pricing, then it is about the keyword, add more high pay keyword might help

i think this is due to low pay keywords.

Go to the Google Adwords Keyword Tool and see what the keywords you are targeting are worth. I can tell you that cooking niches pay low like the words " great cooking" is worth $.05 and after google take its cut you might be looking at $.03 a click.
So look at the title of the ads and check those words in the Keyword Tool and you will know it its the keywords your targeting.

29 clicks earning 2 dollars is the problem. You are being smart priced.
In order to get more money, you shall either increase the traffic or target a high paying keyword in your niche.
Or better switch over to a high paying niche :)

Cooking has good traffic but doesnt pay off too well. Its better to put CPA there insteead of adsense

Very true...and another possibility is the quality of the sites advertising on your pages. MFA sites sometimes will dominate your ads and you'll get pennies per click or less. Smart pricing is probably the least likely problem here.

What was your earning rate BEFORE you increased your CTR?

so you want to make a fortune from adsense with just 100 uniques/day. Are you serious.

Try to reach 22.000 uniques and we can talk.
    ;)
