    Hai friends,

I am just commenting in nofollow travel blogs coz i didnt get a list of dofollow travel blogs. So i just leave a anchor text targeting my keyword in comment box.

Whether it will inrease serp rank or not?

You will not get much value from the dofollow links when it comes to your rankings, but it can lead to some good traffic. You should target dofollow blogs if you want your SERP rankings to increase.

The Nofollow attribute prevent the content to be indexed by search engines. Moreover the interpretation of this attribute differs from one search engine to other. Some do not follow the link to the page being linked to, while others still follow the link to find new web pages and index it. In the latter case rel=nofollow actually tells a search engine, 'Don't score this link' rather than 'Don't follow this link'. The only advantage of commenting in nofollow blog is you can get some referral traffic.

If you make a comments in no-follow blogs that will helps to get more traffic. But it will not helps in Page Rank. No-Follow attribute will stop the search engines only, visitors/users can view entire into the website. You can get do-follow blogs list here

you will get the traffic, but no-follow doesn't support the pagerank.

If they are from a high PR site that is highly relevant I would get them anyway.

I've been around long enough not to believe a word Google says. I have enough evidence on some of my sites that proofs my links from YouTube boosted my PR, but I know that this will open a can of worms in this forum - so I will say "no" to increasing page rank, but hell yeah to traffic - especially for good comments.

you can still find a ton of dofollow blogs - you just have to look around. if you can find ten good ones you can regularly contribute and keep building easy links.:)

I think it still gives value but of course not too much may be only 10% compared with do follow links

I don't think nofollow attribute stops search engines from indexing our website. For stopping search engines from indexing cretain pages, we need to use robots.txt or use noindex attribute

If you give robots.txt in your website that will helps search engines to index the site, else If your site have nofollow attribute that won't allow search engine to index the website. I think you thought nofollow as noindex.

No follow is worthy if it gains a high google page ranked.

Matt Cutts seems to think differently: http://www.mattcutts.com/blog/pagerank-sculpting/

Nofollow links don't pass on as much PR, but they will pass on some.

I firmly believe that a percentage of "no follow" links in your back link profile will not do you any harm and may do you a favour. I don't chase "no follow" links but if I find a themed site with good content its foolish not to post.
If I was the Google Bot I would expect to find a percentage of "no follow" links in any organic back linking profile. A site that was gained links in a natural way and not via an "seo" campaign will surely have some "no follow's" as the average web user or site owner wouldn't have a clue to what they are. So don't chase them but don't be scared of them either....

Nofollow links are not useless. Not at all, you should make no-follow linking an integral part of your ‘traffic generation’ exploits. However you have got to take the time to get your links from the correct places. Remember RELEVANCE & AUTHORITY.

Nah, it won't help. You don't get link love when the link has nofollow attribute attached to it. However, if the blogs on which you're commenting are high traffic ones then you might see a few visitors because of comments.
