    What do you write in your link's description when you do link exchang?
    Same Description that you've had in your site's meta description or other?

    Do you mean description or anchor text? In both cases you might write different descriptions to make it look more organic ( and for different targeted keywords ).

    In the anchor text, many professional seo suggest to put the targeted keyword.
    So do I, always put targeted keyword as I can.

    You MUST always use anchor text if you have the opportunity.

    Be clever with link exchanges - try and squeeze both a anchor text and a homepage link in there.

    Reciprocal links don't have that much value anymore - only do them with high PR and highly relevant sites.

    I try to use a different description with each link exchange. I just thing something up that describes my site, or something worded around the anchor text.

    Of course,the title is almost the same with my meta title,and the decription is to describe the main content of my website,such as Voguehit.com hot sell Chanel handbags,just one sentence is enough,I think.
