What is the problem? You can buils as much as you want websites, just not link them each other

There is no penalty given if multiple sites are hosted under the same IP/server. Multiple sites being hosted under the same IP/server can all rank high.

Keep the linking relevant and you won't have any issues.

There's no penalty for the number of sites on the same IP, I have more than 50 on 1 IP and all listed and ranked in Google.

Hostgator have hundreds of domains under the same IP, so imagine if Google only allow 2 sites per IP

As everyone has said there is no issue for ranking having all of your sites on the same host or IP address. The only suggestion I have for you is to not do much interlinking between your sites that are all on the same IP (i.e. site a having a link to site b, c, d, e etc... and all of those sites linking back...)

Google will not penalize you for multiple sites on the same server.

Its quite simple. You can only use addon domains if they are allowed.
1.Make sure you correctly create the new addon domain.
2.Make sure you redirect the domain name correctly from the registrar.Proper configuration of the DNS.
3.Don't confuse yourself when using FTP for file transfer, make sure you upload the correct files in the correct domain directory.

Unless or untill you mess up with dupe content, or have link farms. Or any other factor which might get you penalized from search engines then you are fine.

Search engines don't have special rules for multiple doamins from same servers or hosting accounts. So no need to worry. I have 4 sites on same account on host gator, never faced a problem. Very easy to manage.

So there's not penalty for multiple sites hosted in one server.. I am having problem with this too. and I was still undecided until I make sure I would not be penalized.

Wrong, you "can" get a server/IP penalized, one of mine is and all 56 sites on it have penalties. I've even moved old sites, with several thousand visitors a day on to it and they have dropped to just 100's of visitors a day within a week despite no other changes.

Google has slammed the whole thing. I even posted one of the sites on Google Groups to see why the so called experts thought it doesn't rank for it's own name, nobody knew why after pulling the site, content and backlink profile to pieces.
