Hi, My PC is running windows XP pro and it gets to the loading screen and just restarts, i have no clue whats wrong with it. Sorry if this is wrong section, but i couldnt find anywhere else suitable. Thanks, Seeeecret
Restart your pc once again, before it boots, start pressing F8 continuously, now you'll see advanced booting options. Choose "Disable automatic restart on failure". Now your PC, will start in normal mode and wont restart again and again if there is issue with system files, but it will show you specific error for why it was happening. Best Luck
I think ive done something wrong in the advanced BIOS features, because i was going to boot from CD, but didnt change it back, Could you please tell me what should be the first boot device, i loaded fail safe defaults and restarted and it said NETLDR is missing, so im guessing its booting from something wrong.
Is that the HDD - 0? OK i have it booting of HDD - 0, and now its saying NTLDR is missing... But last night it was working fine, getting to loading screen and restarting :S
I have the .ISO file from my windows disc, i was wondering if i put that on a memory stick would i be able to re-install onto my PC? Or boot from USB?
Probably a virus or overheating, try to remove the side panel of computer and place a fan directly in the case. That what happened to me and it fixed it.
I have faced the same situation before. What I did was, when I uninstalled all my heavy-memory games, and restart, it came back as normal.
