    I don't care who uses the script...it's using it on the same domain name that upsets me. I mean how hard is it to find a good domain.
    He's doing it to try and capitilise on the traffic I have built up which is significant.

    Everyone, and their mothers have this script , if you dont like it, then make a site about alliens or something.
    Or whats much better make a unique site, and copyright it.

    And you are complaining about someone using it?
    It is a free script!
    As for name, unless you trademarked the name before he put up his site, tough.

    Free script, so I give it away on my site this week.
    So thousands more of these sites can clog the net! LOL
