Arcades are quite easy to get traffic for and its mainly the low paying niches that are easy to get traffic.
I don't think you're going to get any answers here. If someone knows about a profitable niche, they will usually keep it to themselves, so they have the better chance of making money off them.

Tutorial related websites, just make sure you write tons of good tutorials and Google will send you lots of visitors. There pretty easy to get off the ground you can search Twitter for people who need help or upload videos on youtube.
Just wanted to say traffic that's not targeted is useless. It's like you set up a shop to sell shoes but the people visiting the shop want to buy food. You want targeted traffic not easy traffic.
Consider the content before the promotion. What can you specialize in (another term for niche) that you can then market effectively. And like the others are saying, if you discover it, keep it close to vest unless you are a good marketer. A good idea doesn't necessarily mean others can execute it well.
I agree that traffic that's easy to get in huge numbers is going to be in celebrity or other low-paying niches. Traffic that's targetted and worthwhile is going to take some work. But, when you get it...OH MAMA is it worth it!

It really depends on the keyword you are targeting and the quality/content on your site. There is no single great niche, but to get traffic fast you need CONTENT, unique content and the more authority your website has the BETTER.
