I like the way you're going with the skirt, but can you make it tie in more with the text? I don't like the font too much; something more clean and professional would be great.
The first one isn't even close to what I'm looking for. The second one is good. Can you move the ladies to the left of the text? The font is good, but not the best. Also, I don't really like the gradients you have going on in the text. Yes, transparent is a must. Sorry I forgot to mention that.
Do you want the exact colors? or variations will work too? i mean like purple, red, orange has a wide range, the shades. eg---> all are purple for me.
I'd prefer you to stick to the exact colors, but variations are ok. @avenue2: I'm not liking the font @Hardestruction: The icon doesn't mix well with the text. The font is also a little odd. Maybe the font will look good with a better icon?
I really like where you're going with this. Can you make the head smaller? I feel like it takes away the focus from the text to the person. I also don't like the girl's hairstyle. Can you make it long hair, or just no hair at all? I'll leave it up to you. Also, can you pick a better font? Rounded characters don't look professional. Also, it's a little on the long side. Can you improvise? This is the best logo so far though.

That means it's too long (as in height). I prefer a sans-serif font. Also, remove the gradients. Gradients aren't professional. I have no preference on the icons. Much better, but the problems are still there; it is too long. The lady is too big. The font looks masculine sort of. I need a clean, feminine font. Also remove the gradient. _________________________ To everyone: icons are NOT needed! Good logos can be made with text only also!
