Well I visited your blog. Loading speed is fine. Design and Layout is good but there are some other ones which is better than this. Are you using wordpess platform then use SEO plugin, it will be very helpful.

Design - looks good but I found the white on pale blue text hard to read and the right menu hard to read also. Layout - traditional and unchallenging which means the user can focus on the content not finding their way around. Loading Time - fine SEO - there's alot of javascript on the page that I'd want to see optimised and moved off Content - looks fine, make sure it's original and your own evaluation of the new stuff and it'll be great.
Very nice site but I would shrink the header a bit. With the current header and the content carousel, you don't see any actual content unless you scroll down.

hard to load i think is not good for fast traffic or new traffic but your design is beautiful and nice
The banner image contains only one image. So, I think there is no need to the next and previous option, just remove it or disable it..
