Defo no. 8 because it creates a real arcade feel. Most of the other ones just look like general cheap-o text effects. No offense, but you see that way too often.

I prefer no.9. Compared to others, it's not only simple but also attractive. And you can see from the logo "what kind the website is". I like this style.

My vote is for number 8. But since you're looking for sincere opinions, with all due respect, none of them look good enough, they seem like the work done by a highschool student with no interest in doing something good. I voted for 8 but I found myself still looking at number 9. With a different font and recoloring the controller to a light grey I think I may have voted for it instead.
I like the clean simplicity of #4. #9 is also good, but I don't like the white outline around the letters.
