BioHost is garbage. Don't use them. I waited 7 week for my seedbox to get setup, and it still wasn't setup.

^ Well then you would've been refunded, how is that a scam? Definition of "scam" deprive somebody of something by deceit; "The con-man beat me out of $50"; "This salesman ripped us off!"; "we were cheated by their clever-sounding scheme"; "They chiseled me out of my money" You got your money back how is that a scam?
In the dispute you would of received it, go look under the main transaction ID and you will see "reversed" Also, posting of last names is not allowed on this forum.
It's unfortunate I need to add my experience of Biohost in here too. The service took a while to set up - as expected though, I'd read the threads on here. The service you get in terms of speed is excellent, the upload is around 1.5MB, the download at 7-8MB. To process a torrent does take a bit of time, but as a shared account again, and for the price - it's expected. The problem seems to be support. It's a shame, but I've had a single support ticket open nearly 2 months with no reply, but the actual question itself open on another since 14/04/2009. No reply at all except my own. It's a simple question on affiliates, but despite me chasing through the sometimes-down ticketing system, assurances over Windows Live Messenger that it'd be sorted "within 10 minutes", I still receive no reply. It seems I receive the same problems as the majority of people who have a complaint about biohost - lack of customer service. My question - I'll state it publicly here as they seem to get more of a reply - is: "Can the affiliate cash earned be withdrawn to PayPal? If not, can it be used towards future payments?" I currently have a balance of $91.40 USD, a good amount but useless if no-one ever responds to you!!!!
A further note to those thinking of purchasing, their Support Ticket software has "Licence Validation Failed" when you attempt to login. Also not sure if it's a browser issue but their .info address is sometimes unreachable. And obviously due to the above - still no reply to my ticket.

When you see the main site down it is basically routing issues, nothing I can solve. The main site has been up and running fine for the last nine days, and was only rebooted due to a software update. You want proof it can easily be given to everyone. And fredd, you don't make sense, you say you bought a year, then why would you still be paying? I'm assuming you are who I think you are, if your dumb enough to believe a peon account with 1 post then thats your fault. We have hundreds and hundreds of happy customers. If your not who I think you are, pm me your support ticket # and paypal transaction ID's.
That must just be you as it appears to work fine here, don't believe me? Then contact whmcs themselves and ask. Clear your cookies and cache and try again is all I can recommend.
I PM 2 times today with all my details and PM a few days ago with no response. I paid for a year in advance I only came here because its the only place I could find any support after a Google search. and just because I have one post doesn't mean I didn't pay and don't have an account with your company and Yes I can access biohost.info but can't login to my account it give a "License Validation Failed" tried on 3 different computers with cleared cache and as far as I know FTP doesn't use the browsers cache
I hosted a proxy site in biohost. Unfortunately their management in resources are not good. They are overselling it. That's why removed my sites from biohost. Thanks Blog.
