I Want a general poll on this issue.

What you guys think?? Does Pakistani guys breaking the SEO market? As such the Currency difference is quite much more.

By downgrading price are they trying to break down the SEO market ?

I really don't think that ways. I am an Indian (and presumably you would have thought I would support your view) and I do not support this view.
If they are doing good work at low rates- its a steal for the buyers. They are just heating a "free market" up.
Free markets are supposed to be highly price competitive and quality sensitive. so, if $1 can get them 2 liters of gas- WHY NOT!
If you think they are downgrading the market, just try and improve ur services and add a value to your services, for which your clients would want to pay you more. If you are just as competitive as they are, and you are charging more, chances are that you will be wiped off the market- that's the way it goes. No hard feelings, but that is the truth!

    That's globalization.

Everyone has to compete with everyone.

Price and quality both matter in a market. If you can't compete in the market, you should think of doing something else.

    Huh???

There is a saying in tamil which is the local language here.
I will translate that in English for you:
    :D

If I deliberately want to buy a mad stray dog, a seller selling high quality, SEO friendly dogs shouldn't complain.

    BTW: Dogs -> example.

    This is open market.
Struggle for existence and survival of the fittest is the mantra here!

Charging high price does not guarantee quality services.

sorry but i will take it negative, why you asked this question? Why you just targetted Pakistani Guy? Reason is because you are from INDIA and also running a SEO Company otherwise yo must check on NET first before made any thread as much as i know in India normal SEO charges are $80 to $100 per month and same as with Pakistan, so if someone is doing quality work so clients will definitely love to pay whether he is from Pakistan or India

Some people still live in the Imperial world. They think all other countries are under their kingdom. :p
I seriously oppose the idea of pawning the senses to get some money.
    No one should do that!

You will have to be in senses to work for your clients.
    Does that make sense??
