Is it too early to start figuring out BING's algorithm??

As of last week, we all know that yahoo will use bing as their search engines.

Do we know how different bing's algorithm will be structured?

Any has any pointers on this , that'll be helpful.

Content, backlinks, titles, what matters? everything?

too early..unless bing kept d algorithm ready(full of optimism for this deal).. biong is incorporating yahoo search technologies in its search...so back links will be important i guess..

too early to contemplate.. i thnk itll be months before BING perfects its algorithm..

When I heard that Yahoo search engine will now be powered by Bing, it seems it will be a big problem for us SEO to rank in both the two SEs (especially if you have a cse like mine that I didn't rank at Bing right now)

Im sure it will be a mix of the two so everything that was important before will still be important

My site is the 2nd on bing and 4 th on yahoo, that makes me believe their rankings algorithms are somewhat simular.

they will probably make up a mix of both bing and yahoo, even if you rank well in bing i dont think it is guearanteed that you will rank good in yahoo.

I have heard that Bing will integrate yahoo's search technology into its platform. I don't know what it means. So even though in the future yahoo search results are powered by Bing, I am not sure the algorithm will stay the same as today.

The strangest thing is that my sites rank better in Bing than in Google.1st page for long tail word in Bing and in G only the 3rd page :|.I really don't know why as i'm following the regular steps for SEO and backlinking

I don't think anyone ever really completely "figures out" the algorithm, as they are ever-changing. But just try out some different things and see what gets the best results! Good luck.
