Good community CMS where users can upload videos, pics and articles?

    Can anyone recommend a good CMS for a news type site where users can upload videos (not just embed), share pictures and articles? Basically a "citizen journalism" type site.

    Drupal is the best CMS for community based sites only down side is custom theme will be needed but all the modules are out there.

    To the main site. I basically want something similar to youtube, but for video, photos, audio and articles. It would be organized by category, date submitted and by type of media.
