I am planing to sell Connectmobiles.com provided I get a very good price for it.

Adsense revenue:: $35 to $45 monthly
Page Rank Homepage: 4
Page Rank Subpages: 4, 3, 2
Google Backlinks:: 102
Traffic: 10000+ monthly uniques
Traffic Origin:: Search Engines(Google).
Traffic credits:: 99% Targetted traffic. No or very few useless visitors.
Content:: 95% text 5% Images
Totally SEO optimized
HTML pages
Number of Pages:: 40+ and increasing (increases as i write reviews on Phones)

Reason: I got other 2 sites to concentrate on.. cant get enough time to update.. This is my sweet lil baby.. trust me I dont want to sell it.. I love it. But I am compelled..

Price Expected:: $ 15000 USD

Dont mind the above price if you feel its too high.. Just drop your price in the reply.. and I will surely consider your offer..

 

This site isn't even worth 1000$, I dont think you should expect an offer of 15,000$.

 

I agree, you are making less the $50 a month, you can't expect a lot of $$ for the site.

i don't think the 8 to 12 times revenue thingy applies to this site... it's got real traffic and content... but $15000 is a little difficult to swallow...

300-500$ is reasonable in my opinion. Asking for 15.000$ is just too much. I only want to pay that much for a site earnings at least 2000$/month, not 45$/month

Still not enough to make the site worth 15.000$ If you REALLY want to sell the site, then you have to be prepare to accept bids around 500$ to 1000$

what about the expenses. Looks like the new owner will have to write stuff or have other people do it for a cost.
