Rate my website #/10, please?

    Hello people, I've just been surfing on the forums for a bit and I've seen many nice sites. I'm wondering how you all would rate my site's design... any opinion and/or suggestion?

    The logo and menu could do with some work (I hate your menu's hover effect, it makes it a bit unreadable).
    Other than that it's okay I guess.

    I guess I don't understand the banner that says "Get Rich Easily"? It's not a link or anything...And what does Neopets have anything to do with getting rich easily?

    Because it's a neopets selling site... You can get rich, yeah... but on neopets. xD

    As for the other comments, do you have any suggestion to improve it? What colours should I remove/replace? What makes the menu animation horrible?
