Do you want to know what the true islam is ?

Just making a obvious point, and a secret one about myself.

I grew up going to a High School with very few people of European decent. I was surrounded by many central and south American, Indian(Asian), and Middle Eastern People. Because of this, I think I was very blessed to hang out with Hindu's and Muslims. Although I never recognized it was never at the same time. The Muslims I met were very passive, not prone to anger, even when provoked (in play and for real). They were our only examples of what the faith was about, and because of their passiveness in an aggressive area, they didn't stand alone when bullies started with them. WE all stood up, Muslims and Non.

Disclaimer: Not all Muslims I've met were peace like, I had an Arab student (larger than me) very proud to beat up non-Muslims. He hated us, and hated his family because of where he lived. He was very proud to express himself on pummeling smaller boys and especially girls. I hated him. We fought all the time, not because he was Muslim, because he hated me because I wasn't.

I'm going somewhere with this, wait me out. I have zero-to-almost-nothing experience what the Muslim faith is about and sharing time with its followers. I suspect many have zero-to-zero experience. So when someone does something murderous and claims to be a Muslim, and doing his crimes for the sake of his religion, our only gauge to measure him by, is by the comments of those who too are Muslims. When a open market of school children are killed, at the hands of a suicide bomber, and we want answers, and the only ones are coming from Muslim Religious leader's praise, we have to accept their authority based on their promoted position.

So many of us CAN'T evaluate those who is what faith or not, without experience, so when some religious leaders come out and say the murder was of the faith, acting in accordance to the faith, and praises them, what can we do? We have to accept that it is truth.

Are people demonstarting in favour of terrorism or in support of Lebanese civilians. Granted some of those present may support terrorism, but not all by any means.

Good question, I thought it was seeing rallies in solidarity for those accidentally killed, but if you look in the crowds you see 'covert' Hezbollah messages.

The one I noticed and now keeping a look for is, 1559 with a red slash across it. Very secretive, and only those who take time to learn, or be on the inside track understand it.

Tom, it is the way of islam. If it were not, the so called moderates would be killing the radicals to save their religion.
