Well honestly for me it depends. You must consider two things.
First are you committed with someone already because if you say "YES"
that's a big no no. whether it is a passionate or without malice type of kiss.
still you cheat & cheating is one of the serious crime LOL.Secondly you better
know the status of the girl first before kissing her & worstdoing something more
than that to her,that is definitely a sin most specifically if the girl is married.LOL

Just because she is willing to kiss you does not mean she is willing to go further. You will need to work out for yourself where you want to go with this. If I was serious about this girl then I would escalate the kiss and make things more sexual but I would stop and wait for a few days allowing the sexual tension to build and making sure I was 100% serious about that girl before investing any more of my time with her.

Actually on the weekend there I was out for a friends birthday. There is about 10 of us (3 guys, 7 girls). I did not know all of the girls. Anyway my friend kept saying to me "GIRLSNAME really wants to kiss you! Will you go with her?". I did not kiss her because I did not find her attractive and the whole getting her friends to ask me thing was so lame and unattractive as well.

 

if a girl came up to me and said "im Willing to kiss you" i would think she is a psycho and walk off i mean if a girl wants to kiss you she kisses you! Its rather easy to tell when some one's going to kiss you, you dont need to ask. any one ever played that game where you get points for each girl you kiss who ever gets the most points at the end of the night gets a drink of each person the next week.
