How to make money off a Poker website?

    I know I cant use adsense for a poker website.

    I run a poker website where you play for fantasy money and get prizes and stuff.

    How would I generate money from a site like that?

    Try a different ad network, there are plenty of them available.

    I think you can use adbrite or bidvertiser ad networks for this. Try them.

    You could try promoting real money programs like Poker Stars/Full Tilt. Do your users get stats on how they are doing on your poker site? If so, you could have a program that tells players "Ready to Play for Real Money?" when they achieve X in their poker stats. They could hone their skills through you then try out real money sites you refer them to. Most the poker affiliate programs pay CPA and Rev Share.
