Nice simple design, colours are relaxing and nice. Might be a bit too simple though, you need some kind of logo or somthing to bring it out Looks pretty good, keep working on it.
Just like cheesy said it might be a bit too simple. Adding a logo, or an ad on top would make it look better. Add a few ads throughout the site. Your articles do not have "read more..." link, if I had not clicked on one of the titles I would not have known that the article was longer than a paragraph. So, add a "read more..." link. Another thing, when I click on pictures they just take you back to the main page. I think when you are linking pictures that are in articles they should link to the full article not the main page...

Sweet, simple and straight to the point. But there is a need of a logo and a better header. Rest is nice.
You need to add "read more" links as has already been said. Try to find someone who speaks english natively and have him proofread your articles as they're not making all that much sense. The design is a little dull, but that doesn't matter much. Try to promote your RSS feed more, add an RSS button at the very least. Oh, and get rid of the ant animated gif on the about page
