Is this a site scrapping bot?

I saw this in my logs today. I believe it's a site scraper. Is anyone familiar with this bot?

those kinds of bots go by keywords on a text list. they query the result, visit the first 10 sites that show up & copy around the 1st 300 or so characters. And I think that bot may be one of those. And I'm pretty certain that most search engine companys use windows 98..

 

omg! shut down the site tell your host to ban its IP adress and nevr answer your phone or use that host again!!!

 

I would hate to see what you do to your sites...

 

What is a site scrapper bot?

 

a bot which takes the whole content of your site .... the manual one is wget

 

Probably XRumer or some awesome script & a webmaster that cannot get traffic to his site.
