sn't matter that the design is simple, but you copied the table look.
Check the source code, you even used the same style additions, the same header, the same table...
You even took the entire .css file as is.
I know this because I worked on the original link script for the owner. You just went to a site running the buymeaword script and copied the design without buying a license.
I took screenshots of the html and css file and look in case you change it.
Shame on you.

 

excuse me, since when people have copyright for 3 cells of one table - the design is simple and basic

Plus this comes with the link script at www.buymeaword.com , did you buy a license to assume you can take the 'simple' design without the need for the actual script?

I'm not talking about you copying the word cloud idea and you know what I'm pointing out.
Plain copy/paste of the 'simple' design/stylesheet that is copyrighted under that software is not what I call a good idea.

The concept of word tags/clouds whatever has been used long before that whole buymeaword thing. Many people use it.

First of all I'm not a scammer. I'm a trustful member here on DP for more than 1,5 years - I haven't got even one client to make an objection - the itrader rating speaks for itself.

Regarding the website, yes the designed looked similar, I agree. Why I changed the design? I changed it because legend2 felt offensed. Three boxes that look similar are not a copyright issue... at least this is what I thought. It's just like making a table and saying that you own copyright for it.

I had no idea that copyright applies to css files. I read several posts a time ago and it seemed that css files dont go under copyright (or partially). The css file has been modified too.

I wrote these to make things clear especially for the administrators of this forum.
I dont need an infraction or to be banned from the forum. If I made a mistake I recognize it and I apologize to all of you.

 

Looks like an honest mistake. I for one wouldn't doubt bluemouse2's credibility.

Hmm I would probaly bid if I had time to update it and put info on each world record and a picture but I simply don't have the time. I like the idea though.

Don't get mad at legend2.. there was a page of CSS copy and pasted.. that isn't allowed and he pointed that out. He did nothing wrong hes worried about it becuase all the buyers should know that they would be getting a site using part of a script that he does not have a license to.
