I have a same question becoz dedicated server cpanel license cost is minimum $20. We can get capanel licence for vps server only for $15.

Most of the ordered dedicated servers have been setup and info sent. I would also like to inform you that these are actually 2.8Ghz not 2.0 so congratz on that Soldoni, you were refunded and your server had hardware issues which rarely ever happens. If you are talking about the fire at the datacenter issue, that downtime was only once and we rarely ever have downtime cause we know this is important to our customers.

Dear Sebo, the servers are unmanaged, but we do monitor network and server uptime. i am guessing you are Sebastian? The problem with yours is you edited your /etc/networks file wrongly, the server went down on your fault. However we of course will help you with this as it is our duty to make sure you are satisfied, and we will take a look into it :0
