UNIQUE MySpace Resource site - Good Earner

Hi guys,

Im testing the waters as im still in 2 minds about selling my site, however if i get the right offer it will go.

The site has predicted PageRank of 4

The site is 100% unique and designed by myself (have had alot of great comments about its design) It has been live for around 2 months. Its earning around $20 - $30 per day at the moment however it went up to $60 per day a fews weeks back in the time that i done a few Myspace bulletins. This site could be a great earning with Yahoo Ads. The traffic varies around the 1000 unique per day mark and has viral linking throughout Myspace with the layout graphics.

I havent spent any time on this site whats so ever apart from the design and i just dont have the time to give this site the right marketing. Its a gold mine waiting to be milked.

The sale comes with the following domains, as i did plan to start a network with them:

PICKLEMYPROFILE.COM

Im looking for around the $8000 dollar mark, however im willing to take offers.

I added Valueclickmedia ads to the site today and have earnt $5 already

 

why do you put adsense ads in iframe? it's against the tos. You are only allowed 3 ad units.

 

I was told this was the best way to place ads? and i have also had Google check over the site twice now.

Ive just checked and your right about the iFrame, ive taken them out now

 

Any proof of traffic and revenue ?

Problem with awstats is they show as a visitor someone who uses one of your images, but not someone who actually visits your site. I have awstats and it shows around 40,000 visits per day, but looking at google analytics it is not close to that number.

Perhaps if you showed the actuall referrers instead of just the page views this would help. Showing the earnings from adsense and valueclick would also help.

 

I will PM interested buyers with proof of stats and earnings. I have been told by a few people that have sold on here before that its best to keep them to PM and interested buyers only.

i am not sure 100%, but 99% you are on your way to be banned from google for a such layout...(even you remove your iframes)

Google tos says that website must not be developed for adsense, but in this case it's acase (you've done it jsut for that

 

Im pretty sure the site has been developed for Myspace resources mate, im not sure what site you're looking at Ads look like they've been slapped just under the menu, and just at the top and bottom lol, not like it's against tos to leave a gap for them, if you are expecting to use them?

He only took it out on the front page, the ads are still embeded in frames in all the inside pages. Just mentioning it so that the new owner can take care of it.

 

actualy it's easy to fix, using include function in php.. if he use PHP... i am not sure because he said i was on wrong url
