US/UK Traffic Vs the rest of the world

    Why is there so much attention placed on US and UK traffic in terms of CPC CPM and other programs
    OK i understand it abit in relation to the US but not the UK
    I dont understand how UK traffic is more valuable that French German or traffic from anywhere else

    Is it simply because the Internet is English heavy or is there an other reason

    ya i agree with Aus_Boyz...becoz mostly this two contries people are purchase or sell product on online...so mostly items aer targetd to this contrie's people..

    Aus_boyz probably means that in the context that these countries are developed, and speak English. The common denominator here is that the people have money to spend and share the same language, so its natural that advertisers will have good returns on their advertising money.

    Because people in the US and UK are more willing to spend money online to get what they want over other countries.

    Because the marketer is target their product at UK not other country.
    Other than that,the spending power is better.

    The reason is most of the adwords member are try to get US and UK traffic because UK/US currency is high and they have better purchase capability

    It is because people in the US and UK will actually buy sh*t, and conduct business online, so it makes sense to target towards them.
